NURTURE: Verb.
The care and attention given to someone or something that is growing or developing; something that nourishes.

Being human is not always easy. Sometimes life circumstances can change at a moment’s notice and we are left to figure out how to cope. Our minds may fight against change.
It is difficult enough to face unexpected changes in life, but this is especially true if one is wired for a mental health issue. No one asks to have a mental health vulnerability, but many of us do. Put simply, no one gets to choose their nature. What we can choose is how we nurture ourselves.
Welcome to Nurture Family Counseling, I am so glad you are here. In sessions with me, you will have time to prioritize what matters to you the most and to mindfully make changes. My job is to provide you with the care and attention you need to do this powerful work. Together we can create meaningful change.
