Parent Coaching Services
Confident Parenting Starts With Support
If you feel overwhelmed, second-guessing yourself, or stuck in the same patterns with your child, you are not alone. Parent coaching offers a warm, non-judgmental space to slow down, understand what is really happening, and learn practical tools to create the calmer, more connected home you want.
What to Expect From Parent Coaching
Parent coaching is a collaborative, strengths-based process. Together we focus on what matters most to you and your family, building on the skills you already have while introducing new, research-informed strategies that fit your values and your child’s unique temperament.
During our sessions, you can expect:
- A welcoming, judgement-free space to talk openly about your parenting challenges, worries, and hopes.
- Clear, practical guidance grounded in child development and attachment-based practice.
- Tools for real-life moments such as tantrums, sibling conflict, screen-time struggles, or morning and bedtime battles.
- Help regulating your own stress so you can respond more calmly and consistently, even on the hard days.
- Collaborative problem-solving tailored to your family’s routines, culture, and values.
How coaching works:
- Free 15–20 minute consult to talk about your goals and make sure we’re a good fit.
- 50–60 minute sessions held weekly or biweekly, online or in person depending on your location.
- Clear focus each session so you leave with 1–3 specific strategies to try at home.
- Between-session support options to help you stay on track as you integrate new skills.
- Flexible length of work — some parents come for a few sessions around a specific issue, others prefer ongoing support.
Is Parent Coaching Right for You?
Parent coaching may be a good fit if you are ready for support, open to trying new approaches, and wanting a more peaceful, connected relationship with your child or teen. You do not need to have everything “figured out” before you come — we will start exactly where you are.
Common reasons parents seek coaching:
- Frequent tantrums, big feelings, or meltdowns you are not sure how to handle.
- Power struggles over routines, homework, or chores.
- Concerns about anxiety, sensitivity, or strong-willed behavior.
- Co-parenting differences or feeling “out of sync” with your partner.
- Wanting to parent differently than you were raised, but not always knowing how.
This service is especially helpful for:
- Parents of children ages 2–12 navigating big developmental shifts.
- Caregivers of neurodivergent kids (including ADHD, autism, or learning differences).
- Blended, single-parent, and LGBTQ+ families seeking affirming support.
- Parents juggling work, caregiving, and their own wellbeing.
- Anyone who wants more joy, ease, and connection in daily family life.
You Don't Have to Do This Alone
Parenting can be deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging at the same time. With the right support, you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected as you navigate each season of your child’s life.
